November 2025 Update.

Thank you to each and every individual who reached out to offer support. We’ve identified a potential path and will be exploring it over the coming weeks! If you reached out and have not yet heard from us, we promise we will respond very soon.
At this time, the greatest thing we need is to get community input by completing and sharing our survey on shared rental experiences in Toronto.

Dear Friends, Members, and Visitors:
We're reaching out with a heavy heart. The unexpected closure of goConfirm, our primary partner and funder, has left a massive, immediate gap. Their crucial support was vital to keeping us afloat. The two of us (D&C) simply cannot continue to run TOHS alongside our work and family commitments.
We have two weeks to try and save our mission. After that, if we haven't found a path forward, we will have to make the heartbreaking decision to close TOHS. We promise that the THZ community platform will remain open.
If TOHS has made a difference for you, please consider stepping up. We desperately need new volunteers or financial support to keep this grassroots project going. (Note: We are not a non-profit or charity, which is required to keep us accountable to you, our members.)
